Weekly email or text support and accountability check-ins ensure progress and provide additional encouragement between sessions. This program empowers individuals to navigate their grief journey while gaining strength from shared experiences and expert strategies.

Guided by a certified Grief Recovery Specialist, participants engage in weekly one-on-one coaching sessions (virtual or in-person) complemented by homework and ongoing phone or text support. Using the principles from When Children Grieve, this program empowers caregivers with effective, compassionate methods to help children process loss in healthy and constructive ways.
